Scuba Gear - The Apeks RK3 HD is the stiffer version of their popular RK3. The material used in the production for the Apeks RK3 HD has a higher density than the original. The HD version is therefore stiffer, yet just only slightly heavier. The Apeks RK3 HD is ideal for divers who wants more power underwater, without the crazy weight of convectional rubber Jet Fins. It produces more velocity for frog kicks, and reverse kicks, for divers diving on doubles with a Tech 1 configuration and up. The spring strap comes with a rubber tab that allows easy wearing and removal of the fins even with thick gloves, yet does not create an entanglement hazard, though we still advise you to maintain line discipline underwater.
