Dive Box Pulsar 900 Light

Diving Torch – Dive Box Pulsar 900 is the latest addition to our line of dive torch lights. This is due to the many feedbacks from our customers, as to what they want in a dive torch. We have theEOS 1000 and Helios 800 series of lights that caters more for the technical divers, and now the Dive Box Pulsar 900 is designed for the recreational diver in mind.

Diving Torch body of the light is made from the same light weight, aircraft grade high strength, 6061-T6 aluminium, and is hard anodised to ensure that it does not corrode in both salt and fresh water. It has a depth rating of 100 meters, and features 3 modes of operations: High Mode, Low Mode, and Blinking Mode.

Diving Torch – It comes with an on off switch that is easy to use even with thick gloves. The ring around the switch is the power indicator, and shows green when the battery is good, turns red when the power is less than 30%, and flickers red when the power is less than 10%.

The CREE XML2-UD LED throws a beam of 900 lumens, with a burn time of 2 hours on High Mode, and 5 hours when on Low mode tested with a 18650 3000 mAh battery. Included in the package is a 18650 3000 mAh battery, a lanyard, spare o-rings, and a single bay charger that is ready to dive.

As we are not in the lumen race, the bulb on the light has a capacity of 1050 lumens, but we down powered it to 900 lumens (which is adequate in recreational diving) to ensure that this light lasts a long time. A constant current driver ensures that the bulb is stress free, and temperature is kept low during operation.
